I majored in chemistry and became a chemistry teacher later on. I love teaching students chemistry to show them that it isn’t always that complicated.

I always encourage students to speak up, ask questions, and be an active part of the learning process. I consistently learn with students — I try to find new ways for them to understand chemistry, and I want them to feel welcome in my classroom.
