The CCC project (Culture–Craft–Citizenship), Fostering Professional and Social Inclusion by Means of Cultural Resources , is an Erasmus+ partnership project born from our daily observation: strengthening intercultural skills and encouraging civic participation are essential levers to promote the inclusion of disadvantaged individuals in the labour market. The objective is not only to access sustainable and quality employment, but also to retain it.
We see culture as a means for our participants to thrive in a professional environment. Accessing culture and gaining autonomy in one's cultural development is essential to sharing a common cultural foundation with potential employers.
Technical and practical tools are fundamental to access quality jobs. Within this project, those fundamentals are central which enables our public to develop high professional skills, recognized by professionals.
The inclusion of our participants also involves working on citizenship, understood as active participation in what constitutes and shapes the collective within our social spaces. We are convinced that acquiring knowledge about citizenship enables our participants to thrive in both their cultural and professional environments. These principles of citizenship are at the core of our teaching.
To reach our goals, we are setting up 4 international meetings a year for the whole duration of the project (2 years). These face-to-face meetings are essential to share problems inherent to each country. These are the perfect occasion to pool our resources.

This project is of vital importance because we observed that cultural exclusion leads to inequalities in access to professional opportunities. We believe that strengthening intercultural skills and encouraging civic participation are ways of tackling these problems. In addition to technical vocational training, we are offering support on issues that will enable our publics to have to the tools to thrive professionally and socially in each country involved in the project.
