Promoting inclusion in the labor market

Our Story

The Erasmus+ project brings together a diverse group of partners, each with a unique background and expertise in education, training, and community development.

These organizations, coming from different European regions, share a common goal: to foster cultural exchange, promote inclusion, and develop innovative approaches to vocational training and education. Below, you will find an overview of each partner, highlighting their mission, achievements, and contributions to this collaborative endeavor.

Scuola Edile Siena ITALIE

Founded in 1991, the Building School of Siena is a vocational training center within the national FORMEDIL network, which includes 102 building schools across Italy. Our mission is to provide education and training for all professional roles in the construction sector, helping to update, qualify, and specialize employees, technicians, and young people entering the workforce.

We aim to enhance the quality of the construction sector by combining traditional training with innovative teaching methods. Our programs target young job seekers, apprentices, recent graduates, and individuals with fewer opportunities, such as migrants and asylum seekers.

Our approach includes the “Building Site School” methodology, which offers a hands-on, practical learning experience.
